Little People Learning Center is seeking a Head Teacher to shape early learning experiences for our children. You will design engaging lesson plans, lead a classroom, and ensure a safe, nurturing environment in a close-knit, family-owned setting.

The role emphasizes collaboration with staff and parents, ongoing professional development, and adherence to high standards of care and education in a NAEYC-accredited center.

Qualifications

• Head Teacher Credential from the CT Office of Early Childhood (OEC) is mandatory.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in early childhood education (ECE).
• Strong knowledge of child development and ECE best practices.
• Ability to develop creative lesson plans that engage children.
• Excellent communication with children, parents, and staff.
