SCAD in Atlanta, GA seeks a Head Strength and Conditioning Coach to develop long-term athletic plans and manage training volumes for peak performance during key seasons. You will lead SCAD student-athlete development and oversee fitness staff, while partnering with athletic trainers to monitor rehabilitation progress.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 1+ year experience in fitness and group training, and certifications (CSCS, CPR/AED).
As a head strength and conditioning coach based in vibrant Atlanta, Ga., you will play a critical role in the development of long-term athletic plans and will manage training volumes to support peak performance at important times of the year.
The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
