Central Missouri Community Action (CMCA) seeks a dedicated Teacher Assistant for our Head Start team in Boonville, Missouri. You will collaborate with the lead teacher to create a structured, nurturing classroom environment for children aged 3 to 5, supporting their health, education, and overall development.

The role offers a 4-day work week (Tue–Fri), 10-hour shifts, with pay at $15.10 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Daycare, preschool, or childcare work experience is helpful.
• Prefer CDA or related Associate's degree

Responsibilities

• Assist Teacher in creating a structured, engaging classroom atmosphere for children ages 3-5.
• Support health, education and welfare of children in Head Start.
