Allegheny Lutheran Social Ministries, Inc. seeks a Head Start Teacher Assistant for our Bedford, PA program. The role supports the classroom teacher in planning and delivering engaging activities for 3-5 year olds, fostering safe and joyful learning.

Applicants should have a CDA or be enrolled to complete within 2 years, with an associate or higher degree in Early Childhood Education or related field and at least 15 ECE credits. A valid PA driver’s license and required clearances are needed.

Qualifications

• CDA credential or enrolled to complete within 2 years.
• Associates, Bachelors or higher in Early Childhood Education or related degree with at least 15 ECE credits.
• Experience related to the care and development of young children.
• Valid PA Driver's license and clearances (Act 31, 34/151, FBI) required.
