Job summary

The Improvement Association is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher to educate children aged 3–5, fostering social-emotional, cognitive and physical development. You will plan engaging activities across math, literacy and science under a standards-aligned framework.

A bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred; an associate’s degree with relevant experience is acceptable. A valid driver’s license, clean driving record and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred; associate’s degree with experience accepted.
• Experience planning and implementing learning experiences for ages 3–5.
• Knowledge of early Math, literacy and Science concepts.
• Ability to obtain and clear background checks and driving record.
