Qualifications

• Associate's degree in ECE or TCC/CDA required for HS Teacher I.

• Master's degree in ECE or TCC/CDA required for HS Teacher III.

Responsibilities

• Implement daily lesson plans and schedules.
• Maintain cleanliness of classrooms and restrooms.
• Record observations using Teaching Strategies GOLD.
• Recruit volunteers and solicit in-kind contributions.
• Attend meetings, trainings and workshops as required.

## DescriptionIncumbent provides for the establishment, maintenance, and management of classroom activities and providing those services necessary to meet the requirements of the Head Start Performance Standards.· Maintains confidentiality about issues concerning other staff members, children, and families of EnrichmentServices Program.· Respects and observes children's interests. Intervenes when needed to maintain safety. Enhances children's playwith language, toys, and activities.· Communicates directly with each child at the child's level.· Engages and communicates constructively with individual children during activities and routines.
