Opportunities for Otsego is seeking a Head Start Operations Manager in Oneonta, NY to lead our Center-Based Head Start program. You will hire, supervise, and evaluate Center Directors and Center teams, ensuring quality and compliance across sites and maintaining up-to-date policies.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, five years of human service experience including two years of supervisory work, and a valid NY driver’s license. Competitive benefits are offered.

• Five years of human service experience, including two years of supervisory experience.
• Valid, unrestricted New York State driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Hire, supervise, and evaluate all Center Directors and Teacher/Center Directors
• Oversee hiring, training, and performance of center teams
• Monitor the quality and compliance of education programs through monthly site visits and reports
• Ensure that up-to-date policies are maintained at all sites
• Maintain a management system for effective operation and coordination of programs
• Coordinate Day Care licensing applications, renewals and audits

OFO’s Head Start program is seeking a highly qualified professional to lead our Center-Based Head Start Program.

Salary Range: $74,890 - $82,379 annually

Pay Range Guide:

• Standard Start Rate - education and experience meet job requirements
• Advanced Start Rate - education and experience exceed job requirements (subject to approval)
