Ozarks Area Community Action Corporation (OACAC) Head Start is seeking a Lead Teacher to create a welcoming classroom and support children’s development through instruction, planning, and responsive care. The role includes supervision of classroom staff and ensuring compliance with licensing and Head Start standards.

The position requires supervisory experience and a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
