Paycom - ATS seeks a Head Start Floating Teacher in Kingsport, TN to support multiple classrooms and centers. You will help ensure high-quality early childhood education, continuity of care, and collaboration with teachers to nurture emotional, physical, cognitive, and social development.

The role requires an Associate’s in ECE/CD (Bachelor’s preferred) and 2+ years of preschool experience. Full-time, non-exempt with health and retirement benefits, based at Dobbins Main Office.

Qualificações

• Associate’s degree in ECE/CD required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 2+ years of preschool experience preferred.
• Meets Tennessee DHS standards for preschool centers.
• Background check and medical clearance required.

Responsabilidades

• Foster social and emotional development using positive guidance techniques.
• Create and deliver age-appropriate daily lesson plans.
• Maintain safe, healthy classrooms and track headcounts.
• Supervise and mentor classroom staff and volunteers.
• Implement proactive classroom management for smooth operations.
