Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development or equivalent coursework.
• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Experience with Head Start or early learning programs is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Implements instructional programming aligned with standards-based guidelines.
• Advises parents/guardians on student progress and strategies for home support.
• Collects and analyzes data to adjust instructional strategies.
• Develops weekly standards-based lesson plans.
• Maintains safe, organized, and engaging learning spaces.
• Communicates with families and district staff to support student success.
