Semcac is seeking a dedicated Head Start-Early Head Start Home-Based Educator in Winona, MN. This full-time, year-round role focuses on promoting school readiness for infants and toddlers through a relationship-based home-visiting model.

JOB STATUS: Semcac Head Start is seeking a dedicated and compassionate year-round, full-time, 36-hour-per-week Early Head Start Home-Based Educatorto support infants, toddlers, and their families through a relationship-based home-visitingmodel. This position focuses on promoting school readiness, strengthening parent-child relationships, and supporting family well-being.

LOCATION: Winona, MN

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly home visits with enrolled families using a research-based curriculum
• Plan and facilitate developmentally appropriate activities for infants and toddlers (prenatal–3 years)
