Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of scenic painting experience, with at least 2 years as lead painter.
• Experience in a professional or educational theatre setting.
• Physical capabilities to perform job duties including lifting and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Lead as the primary scenic painter on OTC-produced shows.
• Serve as the chief artistic contact with Scenic Designers.
• Identify, hire, and supervise paint team members.
• Maintain and organize scenic paint equipment and inventory.
