Corvallis School District is seeking a head coach for the Robotics Club at Crescent Valley High School. This seasonal position focuses on teaching students design, fabrication, and programming while leading a self-funded team. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for mentoring students.
Compensation is based on a stipend ranging from $7,682 to $8,834 per school year, depending on experience. The coach will manage fundraising efforts and ensure team success within school regulations.

The goal of CVHS Robotics Club is to teach students design, fabrication, controls, programming, business, and problem‑solving in a real‑world setting. Traditionally, the team competes in the First Robotics Competition, which provides a focus for the team to design around and demonstrates teamwork within the team and with other teams. CVHS Robotics Club is self‑funded and must fundraise and apply for grants. The head coach must ensure the team is fiscally sound.
