Job summary

Flyte Racquet Club in San Rafael, CA is seeking an experienced Head Pickleball Pro to lead and grow our pickleball program and community. Full-time and part-time opportunities available.

The ideal candidate is passionate about pickleball, possesses strong leadership and communication skills, and can coach all levels, run private lessons, clinics, camps, and organize tournaments, ladders, Open Play, and leagues.

Qualifications

• DUPR rating of 5.0+ is required.
• Minimum 5 years of pickleball teaching experience.
• Ability to coach all levels, from beginners to high level players.
• Experience teaching private lessons and clinics.
• Experience running camps.
• Ability to organize tournaments, Open Play, ladders and leagues.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
