Job summary

FS8 in Baltimore is hiring an energetic Head Trainer to lead our FS8 Athletics staff and run group training sessions. You will assess member fitness levels, build community, and promote the FS8 brand throughout the market area.

As Head Trainer, you will manage full-time and part-time staff, conduct consultations, and drive member engagement. Flexible hours, mornings, weekends, and evenings are required for success.

Qualifications

• Must hold a spring-based reformer certification from recognized providers.
• Proven leadership and mentoring ability.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with members.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the FS8 Athletics Staff and Operations of the FS8 Studio.
• Lead and develop a team of trainers using the FS8 Methodology.
• Create an energetic environment and a family culture at FS8.
• Inspire members to utilize FS8 resources to achieve goals.
• Conduct goal-oriented consultations with trial members.
• Drive membership sales and referrals.
• Set up and maintain the studio for training classes.
• Participate in monthly FS8 Athletics webinars.
• Lead weekly meetings with coaches to review phases.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures are followed.
• Conduct studio tours and answer inquiries.
