Job summary

D1 Training is seeking a passionate Head Performance Coach in Pennsylvania to lead our coaching team and deliver science-backed training to youth and adult athletes. You will oversee training operations, mentor coaches, and design performance programs tailored to diverse levels while fostering an elite, results-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Has a valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification
• Has at least one valid certification accredited by the NCCA.
• Minimum of 1 year of strength & conditioning-related experience in group, team, or personal training setting.
• Has a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive, motivating environment for all athletes.
• Lead group and individual performance training sessions for youth athletes, teams, and adults
• Design and implement training programs tailored to various athletic levels and ages
• Mentor, train, and manage coaches and interns
• Track athlete progress and adjust program as needed
• Represent D1 in the community and at local events to grow awareness and drive memberships
• Collaborate with General Manager and other staff to ensure an exceptional client experience
• Create social media content
• Connect with local clubs, teams, and coaches to create brand awareness
