Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, IT, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Workforce Solution Consulting function and supervise a team of solution consultants.
• Define long-term technical strategy and day-to-day operations for workforce accounts.
• Design and maintain playbooks to streamline operations and measure performance.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales and leadership to align on customer needs.
