Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in the full life cycle of space vehicle development.
• Experience managing programs from architecture through anomaly resolution.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale engineering organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead schedule, technical performance, and budget for vehicle projects.
• Hire and develop engineering leaders across vehicle disciplines.
• Chair design reviews and enforce engineering standards.
• Oversee supplier strategy across subsystems for vehicles.
• Represent vehicle engineering to executive leadership.
