How This Role Impacts Live Oak And Its People

The Head of Treasury Management leads the full treasury management business at Live Oak Bank – sales, onboarding, portfolio management, and merchant/payments – bringing these functions together under one strategic vision to grow deposits, expand our payments and merchant services footprint, and deliver a seamless experience for small business customers from first conversation through the life of the relationship.

The Head of Treasury Management drives growth in merchant services and embedded payments as an integrated part of the offering, and partners closely with lending, product, and onboarding teams so customers have a smooth experience from their first conversation with Live Oak through their first year of business banking with us.

This is a highly visible, cross‑functional role with a leadership team spanning sales, operations, and payments.
