Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a technically authoritative cybersecurity leader to own and mature the enterprise threat management program across cloud, identity, applications, and data environments, translating threat intelligence into measurable risk reductions.

You will lead threat intelligence, threat modeling, detection engineering, incident response, and vulnerability management, partnering with architecture, compliance, and executive teams to drive risk-based security across the business.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in threat engineering, threat management, incident response, and related disciplines.
• Deep expertise across cloud security, identity and access management, data security, and threat detection.
• Proven ability to translate threats into prioritized remediation and business risk decisions.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CRISC, CIPT, CCSP, or OSCP or similar are highly desirable.
• Experience leading major cyber incident response efforts and coordinating internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and mature the enterprise threat management program.
• Define detection strategy across identities, endpoints, cloud platforms, networks, applications, and data environments.
• Lead threat intelligence, attack path analysis, and adversarial validation.
• Direct incident response and crisis readiness with executive coordination.
• Drive risk-based vulnerability management prioritizing high-exploitability threats.
