Fort Wayne Civic Theatre is seeking a Director of Production to oversee the creation, execution, budget, safety and integrity of all productions. You will lead production staff and coordinate with designers and directors to ensure resources meet the season's goals.

Responsibilities include assisting the Executive Artistic Director with future production planning and maintaining artistic excellence across a Northeast Indiana theatre program.

• Oversee production departments' staff, build, execution, budget, and implementation of all productions and projects in a given season.
• Mediates and executes the design elements for each production through designers, directors and production staff to ensure funds and time meet goals.
• Assist the Executive Artistic Director with future production planning.
