Cayenta, a division of Harris, seeks a Director of Support Services to join its management team and lead the Support organization. This remote role serves the US and Canada; travel is required about 25% for on-site engagements, with passport and international travel eligibility required.

The Director will drive operational excellence, develop teams, improve customer experience, and ensure successful delivery of support services to the existing customer base, while collaborating across R&D,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with strong leadership skills.
• Experience leading multi-level support organizations.
• Proven ability to drive operational improvements via metrics.

Responsibilities

• Direct/lead the Support team for proprietary software.
• Select, develop, coach, and evaluate Support Analysts, Team Leads, and Managers.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and customer value.
