Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management: Provide visionary leadership, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Lead and develop the executive team and senior management.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to advance the organization's mission andobjectives.Identifyopportunities for growth andimprovement andallocateresources accordingly.
Financial Oversight: Manage the organization's budget and financial resources, ensuring financial stability and accountability through effective financial planning, reporting, and auditing processes.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build andmaintainrelationships with key stakeholders, including partners, clients, and the community. Advocate for the organization’s interests and mission.
Sales: Ensure meeting sales objectives and implementing negotiation excellence
Performance Monitoring: Establish performance metrics(KPI)and evaluate organizational progress towards goals. Implement corrective actions asnecessaryensuringobjectives are met.
Compliance and Governance: Ensure the organization adheres to legal and regulatory requirements,maintaininghigh standardsof governance and ethical conduct.
Operational Management: Oversee daily operations ensuringefficient and effective management of resources. Implement policies/procedures to enhance productivity and compliance.
Global Key Account Management: Manages customer relations andfacilitatesglobal way of work for customers which areheadquarteredin USA
Culture and Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Ensure the recruitment, retention, and development of high-quality staff.
10 years of experience in semiconductor-related industries, with a proventrack recordin senior leadership roles within a similar organization
Master's in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a closely related field
Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a similar organization
Strong strategic thinking,planningand decision-makingskills
Financial acumen and experience in budget management
Exceptional communication and interpersonalabilities
Ability to build andmaintain effective relationships with stakeholders
Capability to work in matrix organization and manage your seniormanagers
Demonstrated ability to inspireand motivate teams towards achieving goals
