Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with testing tools and automation frameworks.
• Experience with a defect-tracking system.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive testing roadmap aligned with project goals.
• Define test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria for new features, bug fixes, and regression testing.
• Guide a team of signal integrity engineers and testers.
• Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
