Job summary

Valkai, Inc. seeks an experienced security leader to own the security program across enterprise reviews, security operations, compliance, and AI governance.

You’ll partner with Engineering, Product, AI Research, and Legal to translate security requirements into practical controls and commitments. You’ll drive audits and certifications, maintain the Trust Center and security docs, and shape risk-based priorities.

Qualifications

• Built or scaled a security program spanning strategy and execution.
• Led security reviews and customer audits for enterprise deployments.
• Deep understanding of cloud, IAM, data flows, app security, and AI systems.
• Owned audits/certifications readiness, evidence, remediation, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own security strategy, roadmap, and operating program with clear owners.
• Lead enterprise security reviews, diligence calls, questionnaires, and audits.
• Build and maintain Trust Center, security docs, architecture overviews, and evidence workflows.
• Manage SOC 2, ISO 27001, and ISO 42001 program, gaps, and remediation.
• Establish AI governance with Product, AI Research, Engineering, and Legal.
• Collaborate with Engineering to strengthen access controls and data protections.
