Job summary

International SOS is seeking a Chief Security Analyst (West) to lead the Security Information & Analysis function across North and South America. The role drives intelligence operations, crisis response, and strategic advisory services for multinational clients.

The candidate brings 12+ years in security intelligence, strong leadership, and fluency in English and Spanish, with Portuguese/French desirable. The position reports to senior executives and collaborates with global security teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in security intelligence or related disciplines.
• Proven leadership of intelligence teams and full intelligence cycle management.
• Strong knowledge of geopolitical risk, terrorism, and global risk environments.
• Experience briefing senior executives and advising on strategic risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead security intelligence operations across the Americas (North and South).
• Deliver threat assessments, intelligence briefings, forecasts, alerts, and advisory products.
• Support crisis management and on-call leadership during incidents.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing security intelligence team.
