Job summary

Anaconda, Inc. is seeking a dynamic leader to unify and scale pre-sales engineering across the US and EMEA. You will build and manage a growing team of sales engineers, create new programs, and align with sales pods to accelerate deal velocity and value.

You will shape the operating model, bridge between sales and product engineering, and drive technical excellence with business focus in a fast-growing, open-source–influenced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have led sales engineering or solutions engineering teams.
• Experience building programs, product lines, or go-to-market motions from scratch.
• Experience managing cross-functional relationships between technical and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of sales engineers across the US and EMEA.
• Build new sales engineering programs and product lines from scratch.
• Foster integration with sales pods and drive deal velocity and value.
• Channel technical feedback to product engineering to influence direction.
