The Head of Sales will build and lead the commercial engine for an ambitious AI‑driven business redefining Hollywood. You’ll shape go‑to‑market strategy, close enterprise‑level deals, and scale a high‑performing sales organization from the ground up.

Role Highlights
  • Design and execute a full‑funnel sales strategy across the Media & Entertainment sector
  • Identify target markets, refine positioning and establish scalable processes and KPIs
  • Drive enterprise sales cycles end‑to‑end – from prospecting through to negotiation and close
  • Develop and mentor a team of BDRs, SDRs and Account Executives to achieve ambitious revenue goals
  • Collaborate with marketing, product and engineering to ensure client needs influence roadmap decisions
You Will Need
  • 5+ years’ success in B2B enterprise SaaS sales, ideally within Media & Entertainment
  • A proven record of closing complex, high‑value deals with major enterprise clients
  • Experience building and managing sales teams in a fast‑growth environment
  • Deep understanding of structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN)
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, presentation and negotiation skills at C‑suite level
