Job summary

Conduit is hiring a Head of Robotics to own the roadmap, lead the robotics team, and drive the outcome across production deployments with major enterprise customers. You will sit with the founders on strategy and make hard technical calls shaping how Conduit scales its robotics division.

You will oversee end-to-end robotics deployments, set the direction for hardware-to-system integrations, and mentor engineers to ship rapidly while maintaining safety and reliability.

• A recognized leader in robotics with production deployments.
• Experience leading engineers through hard launches.
• Comfortable presenting to executives and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the robotics roadmap end to end: What we build, what we buy, how we deploy, and how we prioritize.
• Set the technical direction for turning production hardware into scalable systems deployed across many customers.
• Lead deployments on customer floors with enterprise partners and ensure project success.
• Build and mentor the robotics team, setting high standards for speed and quality of delivery.
• Direct where modern AI belongs within robotics and coordinate with the broader product team.
• Collaborate with founders on company strategy; robotics decisions shape product, customers, and fundraising.
