A strong background in robotics engineering and leadership is required. As part of ASI, you will mentor talent, manage budgets and resources, and drive continuous improvement while staying current with industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, or related field.
• 5+ years in a senior engineering leadership role.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams.
• Strong technical background in engineering principles and methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the robotics development team, driving innovation and delivery.
• Ensure adherence to engineering strategies, processes, and PDP gate reviews.
• Oversee budgets, resources, and milestone deliveries for projects.
• Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and performance standards.
• Mentor engineers and promote professional growth within the team.
• Collaborate with product management, operations, and manufacturing to align engineering with business goals.
