Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related fields.
More than 5 years in robotics or complex electromechanical systems.
3+ years in technical leadership or engineering management roles.
Proven experience delivering robotic products to production scale.
Strong system-level understanding of mechanical, motor, electrical, and embedded systems.
Responsibilities
Define and own the robot system architecture.
Lead multidisciplinary teams across mechanical, actuation, and electrical systems.
Drive technical decision-making on performance, reliability, cost, and manufacturability.
Oversee structural, thermal, and durability analysis.
Establish engineering standards and review designs.
Collaborate with Product, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams.
