Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15+ years in business operations, enterprise planning or governance.
• 6+ years in leadership roles over professionals/teams.
• Experience driving resource planning and analytics in complex organizations.
• Proficient with Anaplan, PowerBI, Tableau and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for a team that oversees resourcing and financial tracking across functions and geographies.
• Lead end-to-end planning governance across PDD with Finance and HR.
• Drive cross-functional governance to maintain a single source of truth for financial and resourcing performance.
• Partner with senior leaders to deliver data-driven insights for decision-making.
• Lead multi-year planning and quarterly forecasts aligning headcount and budgets.
• Establish operating rhythms aligning resource data with program timelines and study demand.
• Oversee data governance, audit compliance, and quality controls for resource and budget data.
• Influence enterprise-wide workforce planning and analytics to improve efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to automate analytics tooling and planning systems.
