Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a research‑intensive environment supporting research programs or technology‑enabled services.
• 10+ years in a leadership or supervisory role coordinating staff, programs, or operations.
• Executive leadership of a complex research computing, digital research, or technology organization.
• Experience managing programs, services, or projects with resources, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and influence executive leaders, faculty governance and external partners.
• Experience contributing to budget management, cost‑recovery, or service‑based models.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational development, coordination, and delivery of RCO services and manage the service portfolio.
• Develop partnerships, programs, and engagement to expand awareness and adoption of research computing.
• Represent OSU in national research computing platforms and partnerships.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and security are embedded in IT strategy and operations.
