Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Head of Regulated Industries - Customer Success to lead the Success teams for Financial Services and Healthcare & Life Sciences accounts, spanning Claude Platform, Claude Code and Claude Cowork. You will coach and develop managers, drive governance-compliant adoption, and align with Regulated Industries sales to deliver end-to-end value.

You’ll hire and scale the team, partner with product, security, legal, and marketing, and maintain a strong executive presence with CIOs,

Qualifications

10+ years in customer success or related roles.
5+ years of front-line management experience.
2+ years managing managers.
Direct experience with regulated customers in financial services or healthcare.
Experience leading SaaS, API or AI/ML teams.
Experience managing enterprise accounts worth $1M–$100M+.
Executive presence with CIOs, CISOs and other leaders.
Technical fluency to understand AI/ML products.
Knowledge of HIPAA, FDA or equivalent regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

Directly manage and develop a team of Customer Success Managers across regulated industries.
Own hiring plans, onboarding and ramp design; later hire and develop team leads.
Coach on governance, procurement, security and risk reviews; build champions across functions.
Drive metrics: expansion, health, retention and CSAT.
Engage with strategic customers and executives; manage escalations.
Develop and refine the regulated-industries success methodology and playbooks.
