Endurance Energy in Seattle is seeking a Recruiting Leader to operationalize the recruiting function as the company scales from 20 to 100 people. You'll manage recruiting, onboarding, performance, and compensation across various roles.
The ideal candidate has over 4 years of experience in recruiting leadership, particularly in hardware or tech companies, and will also influence company culture and internal communications. Benefits include travel opportunities and competitive compensation.
Endurance is building the world's first modular subsea geothermal power plants, converting vast thermal resources under the ocean into gigawatts of baseload power. Backed by First Round Capital and Point72 Ventures, our founding team includes veterans from SpaceX, Helion, and Robinhood. We have completed multiple deep ocean deployments and are launching our generation pilot this year. By leveraging manufacturing scale, efficient drilling, and latent cooling on the seafloor, we are pioneering a new category of energy that outperforms traditional sources on both environmental impact and cost.
This is not a "fix recruiting" role. We have a high functioning interview process, a team of leaders who show up for hiring, and an ATS that works. What we need is someone who can take all of that and make it scale. You will own the recruiting function and have a seat at the table for, culture, compensation, and organizational design as we grow from 20 to 100 people across multiple geographies. Eventually you will hire and manage a team, but the first season of work will be as an IC. You will also have a seat at the table for how we build our internal culture.
