Qualifications

• Must have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Management, Business Administration, Mathematics, or related field, and 5 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of related work experience, 5 years post‑bachelor’s.
• Experience in project management, cross‑functional collaboration to design and implement data‑driven strategies; building dashboards; end‑to‑end product management; presenting to leadership; roadmaps with KPIs/OKRs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full product development and deployment lifecycle for the Recommendation Product Group to optimize recommendation efficiency of e‑commerce short videos.
• Identify business opportunities, collect requirements, define scope and milestones, and write specs for design discussions with leadership.
• Analyze complex technologies to produce insights that inform the product roadmap and development.
• Drive data collection and analysis methodologies and ensure metrics support ongoing product innovation and optimization.
• Prepare detailed status updates for senior management, aligning timelines, risks, and budget.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to build strategies and achieve business goals.
• Supervise and mentor junior- and mid‑level team members.
