Qualifications

• 10+ years leading complex work in product-led, technology-enabled, consulting, innovation, or venture-building environments.
• Experience as a product operations leader, product strategy lead, or senior cross-functional execution lead.
• Proven ability to translate client input into product, pilots, and go-to-market decisions.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguity without introducing bureaucracy.
• Experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, data, analytics, AI, enterprise software, or regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional execution across early-stage ventures with engineering, data science, commercial, legal, privacy, compliance and operations teams.
• Translate venture strategy and customer insight into clear priorities, roadmaps and milestones.
• Define MVPs, discovery plans, and ensure launch readiness and measurable outcomes.
• Identify risks and dependencies early and drive practical solutions.
