Job summary

Mantrose Group is seeking a QA/Compliance Manager to oversee daily QA operations, document systems, and audit readiness across multiple sites. You will ensure adherence to Kosher, Organic, Halal, GFCO, and SQF standards while guiding the QA team and coordinating CAPA actions.

The role requires a four-year degree in Chemistry or Food Science, strong communication, and demonstrated leadership in quality assurance within food manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Food Science is required.
• Experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and critical decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversees QA programs, compliance, and document management across locations.
• Manages SQF audits and certifications (Kosher, Organic, Halal, USDA, FDA).
• Leads QA team, CAPAs, and training; collaborates with R&D on methods and specs.
