Job summary

Freudenberg Group in North Carolina is seeking a Quality Leader to lead and develop the Quality team, ensuring ISO and IATF compliance and strong customer satisfaction.

You will drive continuous improvement with Lean, Six Sigma, and quality tools, partner across functions to embed quality in product development and operations, and manage QMS. If you are based in Durham or Asheville with willingness to travel monthly to the sister location, join a diverse, equal-opportunity team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business required.
• 3+ years of quality experience including hands‑on technical quality and quality systems management.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• IATF experience/certification and Lead Auditor qualification are strong pluses.
• Based in Durham or Asheville, NC, with ability to travel to the sister location one week per month.

• - Based in Durham or Asheville, NC , with ability to travel to the sister location one week per month .
