Cozzini, LLC is seeking a Director/VP of Sales to lead commercial strategy and drive revenue growth across our food processing equipment business. This executive will oversee sales operations, strengthen key customer relationships, expand market share, and identify new opportunities within the protein, meat, poultry, and pet food processing industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 8+ years of capital equipment sales experience in food processing, meat, protein, or related manufacturing.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and meet sales targets.
• Strong strategic planning and business development skills with growth initiatives.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles, key accounts, and multiple opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer development and promote equipment, technologies, and processing solutions.
• Provide strategic direction for sales operations, customer engagement, and performance.
• Develop and execute annual sales plans, revenue targets, and growth strategies.
• Drive revenue growth through direct customer interaction and leadership of the sales organization.
• Expand market penetration across product lines and growth segments in food processing.
• Set performance expectations and sales objectives aligned with company goals.
• Recruit, mentor, coach, and develop sales professionals to maximize performance.
• Partner with customers to develop ROI analyses and business cases for equipment purchases.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities while strengthening relationships.
• Build executive-level partnerships through responsiveness and solution-based selling.
• Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, CRM, reporting, and metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, marketing, service, and leadership to support customer success.
