The role emphasizes managing complex programs, using AI-enabled tools to improve planning and transparency, and mentoring delivery professionals to elevate governance and delivery quality.

Qualifications

• PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or Lean Six Sigma certifications.
• Experience in change management, portfolio management and advanced agile practices.
• Ability to lead programs in complex, global or regulated environments.

Responsabilités

• Manage program-level risks, issues, dependencies, constraints, and change impacts.
• Mentor project managers and delivery professionals on governance and practices.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve planning, reporting, and decision making.
• Develop program strategy, integrated plans, and executive decision frameworks.
