Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of product management or related experience.
• Background in product development, data products, or related technical environments.
• Domain familiarity in marketing data, data products, or other information-intensive product environments.
• Proven and demonstrable knowledge of major cloud platforms like Snowflake, DataBricks or similar.
• Practical experience in AdTech/MarTech or data-driven product ecosystems.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Executes product development plans in partnership with engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Monitors product performance and drives continuous improvement based on financial, operational, and client satisfaction metrics.
• Works closely with privacy, legal, and compliance teams to ensure requirements are addressed throughout the product lifecycle.
• Supports research and analysis to inform product enhancements, positioning, and competitive differentiation.

Acxiom is seeking a talented Product Manager who will be exceptional at delivering data and identity products to data-centric businesses globally. The ideal candidate will have previous success in managing data products, experience engaging with data engineering and analytics/data science teams to produce commercial offerings, comfortable working collaboratively across teams and help us define our data culture. You will understand technology capabilities and how they apply to our strategic roadmap from both a product and customer perspective.

Directs product strategy and execution for Acxiom’s Global Data & Identity Capabilities from conception through end of life. Functions as a central resource across product, design, engineering, architecture, quality, marketing, and delivery as the product(s) move through their lifecycle. Partners closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to execute product development plans and ensure product performance meets defined goals.

Operates as an independent product owner within a defined scope, contributing to broader product strategy while owning day-to-day product decisions, delivery, and performance. revenue, adoption, availability, quality, cost efficiency)
