The Head of Production for Missiles will be responsible for scaling the production of Missile products to meet and exceed the demand of the warfighter. The Head of Production owns short to mid-term (1-3 years) strategic development and execution, operational direction, career pathing, and vision for our suite of products. Your job will be to provide consistent, on time, flawless execution for a variety of Product and Programs.

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
