Job summary

That’s No Moon Entertainment seeks a Head of Production to guide the delivery of its AAA action-adventure title. You will shape delivery strategy, set standards, and lead senior managers and producers across disciplines to ship on time and at high quality.

As a senior leader, you will drive cross-functional collaboration, manage the production headcount and contractor strategy with finance, and evolve the studio's production framework for future titles, balancing creative ambition with pragmatic

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in production for AAA projects.
• Strong track record in cross-functional collaboration and delivery planning.
• Proven ability to mentor senior managers and leads.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervision of discipline leaders and align delivery across functions.
• Execute current production plan and build foundation for next title.
• Maintain delivery strategy, roadmaps, and resource plans within time/budget constraints.
• Evolve org structure, career development, and promotion standards for production leaders.
• Set and uphold production standards, reporting on sprint milestones and risks.
• Identify risks, build mitigation, and balance delivery with creative iteration.
• Manage headcount budget and contractor strategy, partnering with Finance and Operations.
