Job summary

Revalia Bio seeks a Head of Product to own the vision and roadmap across the Human Data Trial lifecycle. You will define requirements, shape design, and partner with engineering daily to ship while mentoring the team.

Reporting to the CEO, the role is based in New Haven, CT or Indianapolis, IN with remote consideration and travel. Compensation includes base salary, equity and bonus, with strong health and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

8+ years in product management, incl. end-to-end leadership.
Experience with life sciences or biotech contexts and cross-functional work with scientists.
Track record shipping complex products spanning software, hardware and data.

Responsibilities

Set the product vision and roadmap, connecting perfusion studies to data products.
Translate customer, scientific and operational needs into clear requirements.
Lead discovery and design with users including perfusionists and scientists.
Work daily with engineering to plan, build and ship; own backlog and releases.
Define how data is captured and quality-controlled for reports and modeling.
Align leadership, operators, partners and commercial teams on what is built.
Mentor junior team members and establish scalable product processes.
