Shield AI is seeking a Head of Product Design for its Hivemind Enterprise work. The role blends product design, UX leadership, and user research for technical users working on autonomy development, simulation, testing, deployment, and mission operations.

This is a senior design seat in a defense robotics environment where interfaces must make complex autonomous systems understandable to engineers, operators, and mission planners.

Formación

• Senior product design, UX design, human factors or related experience.
• Track record shipping complex technical products, developer tools, platforms, or data-heavy apps.
• Experience conducting user research and translating insights into product strategy.
• Technical fluency with engineering workflows, constraints, and AI-powered products.
• Comfort leading in ambiguous product spaces where interaction patterns are still being invented.
