Range is seeking a Head of Product to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Range's platform—from our AI-powered wealth manager to advisor tools used daily. You will shape how members experience their financial lives and how AI and human expertise come together to deliver it.

We’re hiring at Range's Headquarters in McLean, VA. All roles follow an in-office schedule Monday through Friday, with relocation discussion if you’re not currently in the area.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management
• Experience leading product at Head/VP/Senior Director level
• Fintech/wealthtech or regulated industry experience
• Experience shipping AI/ML-powered features
• Ability to hire and lead a product team with startup speed

Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for Range's member experience and AI-driven wealth management
• Partner with engineering, design, and leadership to turn strategy into a clear plan
• Work with financial planners and advisors to reflect advisory workflows and regulatory realities
• Drive roadmap for AI-powered features balancing automation and human expertise
• Define and track key metrics and report progress to executives and investors
