Holafly is seeking its first Head of Procurement to build a global function from the ground up, driving profitability through strategic vendor alignment and telecom partnerships. You will shape procurement policies, negotiate critical contracts, and scale operations across 200+ destinations.

This fully remote role offers international exposure, cross-functional leadership, and a path to redefine supplier risk management while supporting rapid international expansion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement leadership in fast-growing tech or scale-up.
• Experience building procurement frameworks and vendor management workflows from zero.
• Expertise in international contract negotiations and financial analysis.
• Strong leadership and ability to design scalable processes.

The Role

As our first Head of Procurement, you will build our global procurement function from scratch, directly driving profitability through strategic vendor alignment. Your leadership will secure critical telecom partnerships and transform procurement into a sustainable growth engine.

Key Responsibilities

• Build Holafly's global procurement strategy from the ground up to support rapid international expansion.
• Negotiate high-stakes telecom contracts to secure top-tier pricing, quality, and SLA terms across markets.
• Establish company-wide procurement policies and vendor risk frameworks for governance.
• Optimize global supplier spend, unlocking cost savings without compromising service quality.
• Scale vendor performance metrics to ensure long-term supplier reliability across 200+ destinations.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership to align procurement goals with overarching product strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven procurement leadership, +5 years exp. ideally within a fast-growing scale-up or tech environment.
• Direct experience building procurement frameworks and vendor management workflows from zero.
• Expertise in international contract negotiations and financial analysis for complex service agreements.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a passion for designing scalable processes.

• Background in Telecom, Connectivity, or SaaS environments.
• Knowledge of international vendor compliance and cross-border operations.
