Job summary

Aidin is seeking a strategic Head of Authorizations Product and Operations to own the full lifecycle of PAC Prior Auths. You will lead product and operations for this line, guiding a cross-functional team in a fully remote, fast-paced tech environment. Drive revenue growth, payer coverage, and cost efficiency using AI-powered processes.

The role reports to the COO and focuses on roadmap, partnerships, and operational excellence across customers, payors, and implementation teams.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years in Product Management, Strategy, Operations, or Management Consulting.
• Operating experience with ownership of outcomes and team leadership.
• Strong client-facing skills and executive relationship management.
• Healthcare or prior authorizations experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap for PAC Prior Auths to increase coverage and utilization.
• Lead a dedicated engineering team; collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Clinical/Operations.
• Oversee Prior Auths Operations toward outcomes; scale volume while lowering cost per auth.
• Negotiate with payors and partners to expand auth coverage and live integrations.
• Represent Aidin externally with payors and ecosystem partners.
