Job summary

Sammons Financial Group Companies seeks a senior investment leader to guide Beacon Capital Management's investment organization and oversee its long-term strategy across models, ETFs, mutual funds, and other investment capabilities.

The role partners with senior leadership to align strategy with growth objectives, lead a high-performing team, and serve as a primary external voice for advisors and industry audiences, while ensuring compliance and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting or related field is required or preferred.
• 10-15 years' experience in investment management, portfolio management, investment research, asset allocation or investment strategy.
• Demonstrated experience speaking publicly about markets, portfolio strategy, and investment concepts.
• Experience leading investment communications and thought leadership material.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the investment process across BCM's strategies including performance review and portfolio oversight.
• Lead the strategic evolution of the investment platform across models, ETFs, mutual funds and other investment capabilities.
• Partner with leadership to align investment strategy and product direction with growth objectives.
• Lead the investment team, guiding research, talent development, and investment communications.
• Explain investment philosophy, strategies, benefits, risks, and portfolio applications to advisors and partners.
• Act as a senior investment voice for advisors, partners, and internal teams.
